Absent Service Provider

This company is the absolute worste. It's easy enough getting them to open an account and install fibre in your home. But getting any type of support is impossible. There's no one on their web chat, no one on whatsapp and no one on the phone. They rely on AI completely. Their service is pathetic, I am livid!
