A weekend of broken promises...

A technician came to do installation on the Thursday and told me I should have connection in an hour, after 3 hours I called in and they told me it will take 24 hours. The following day after 24 hours I called in again and was told I will be connected in 48 hours. The following day after 48 hours I called again was told there was an outstanding amount (how if I had just signed up) I paid the money immediately and was told I will have connection in 30mins. It is now Sunday evening and nothing, it seems what I was running away from at my previous service provider is worse here. PS: The WhatsApp line is useless, you only get a response after 5 hours and if you do not respond immediately you have to start again, on Fridays the call agents droo calls...
