A sub-par company with a appalling service and dismal connectivity

Like so many others have reported, this company makes it impossible to cancel their service so one can move to another ISP who can provide better internet connectivity. The fibre internet connection they provided is appalling - interrupts, breaks, freezing and exceptionally slooooooooow when connection is possible. No response to repeated requests. Not ever to be recommended.
