A once good company gone bad - pathetic when a customer cannot make contact with the company!

A once good company gone bad - pathetic customer service. I have been a client of Webafrica for many years. They have always provided excellent and responsive service. Over the past year this has gone to the dogs. There is no email address to write to; Further don't even bother calling - you are just holding on the phone eating away your air-time; Then do not even try to use their Whatsapp service. I have the evidence to show that it does not work; Even though you might eventually get an agent -it might take 30, 40 minutes or even more to get that single response. Absolutely pathetic. I have resisted many other providers in the area - but I think it is time to move on.
