A joke business

Since installation I've had no internet connection with Webafrica, and all my efforts to get advice or help were ignored, their customer liason is non existent. I did all I could to inform them I wanted to discontinue their (non existent) service, but that didn't stop them billing me monthly. I had to change my bank details to stop them getting money from my account each month.
