A horrible experience
Subscribing to Webafrica is inviting unnecessary stress into your life. Their services are terrible. My services were terminated without any instruction from my end. I tried everything to get my services restored without any luck. Their WhatsApp chat is a nightmare.
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO METROFIBRE!!!

27 Aug 2024, 17:17I immediately called MetroFibre to assist me and my case is being escalated to get services ASAP. Its been 5 days without any services. I officially divorced them today. A horrible company.
