A Fresh Hell

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Inconsistent communication and the process of trying to contact an agent via WhatsApp is incredibly lengthy and counterproductive. I couldn't even experience the internet service I ordered because they failed to activate my service and then told me it was cancelled.

Despite the packages being a good price point, I would not recommend this provider based on the awful service.
