My daughter asked me to sign up with this company for for access to the internet via fibre.

They tried to run a debit on my credit card on Sat and the debit failed.

From Mon I have been trying to get this resolved to no avail.

The land line number refers me to the whatsapp number.

On whatsapp, I keep going round in circles.

I can't even get hold of someone to cancel this mess so that I can take up a service with a company that can respond to client queries.

What a mess!!
