A big NO to Webafrica

They quick to take your money but cannot give the client satisfaction.. Tommorow it will be a week that the installation for fiber was done but no internet service as the maintenance team just dont give a sh#t to sort out the issue. Ive made countless calls to Webafrica where 1 of the agents put me on hold for 24mins without refreshing me.She probably went on a tea break.Webafrica just keep passing the buck to Vuma.. Vuma's agents also just couldnt care. No communication whatsover. Honestly the worst service ever and our journey didnt even start yet.
