If you want to be de*****ed take a contract with them.

Wanted to cancel then was convinced to stay and was given a reasonable price. Agreed to set price. Not even 2 weeks later now they increase the price. Query it and being told sorry but thats how things are. And now I have to pay them R999 to cancel when they are breaking contract how does that work?
