80% Downtime! Useless ISP

We have been with Web Africa since Feb, and every since the word go, we have been down. We literally have no connection about 10 times a month. Permanently having to restart fibre box or router, as they need to do a "quick fix" on their side, but then as soon as the ticket is closed we have no connection or the line drops again.

Paying for a 50MB line, yet only get 8MB speed, when it's actually working. Beyond tired of this. Will be looking at moving over to a reliable ISP now, as it's an absolute joke.
