70 days from order date and no installation???

Its been a total of 70 days and we still don't have a land line installed not to mention any internet and nothing is being done... no follow ups, no feedback, no deadline, no nothing!!! I have a business to run and cant go on like this, even when I call the HO there is no one to pick up and when I do eventually find someone they don't know what is going on, and there is no reply on emails.<br> <br> I'm so angry and disappointed in your service and hope someone can call me COB 5/5/2015 and provide feedback or a solution or heck just let us know the company still exist, otherwise ill cancel my application and go to one of your more competent competitors or even support a local wireless agent and use a different SP.<br> <br> At this stage I wouldn't ever recommend Web Africa to any person or business.
