7 days and counting with my internet down

I’m so livid because of the poor customer service. My internet has been down for 7days and counting. They do not have a number you can call when you have issues, they use WhatsApp chat. We’ve been referred to different agents every single day, telling us to do the same thing everyday which is really annoying because they can see that their recommendations are not working. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.
