Non existing service. After reading all the reviews I'm shivering knowing what is still awaiting us. There is absolutely no way to speak to anyone besides the pathetic whats up. We canceled our subscription and signed up with another company. And guess what...... they have retained the line. There doesn't seem to be anyway to sort this out. It's like dealing with a ghost. Please people Stay clear. It's going to bite you
