6 outages in 4 days

6 outages in 4 days. We are 2 people working from home who are paying for a service we are not receiving. Tried the whatsapp contact, no response in 30min to get hold of an agent, forced to buy additional data just to be able to work, even though we are paying for fibre. Who is going to reimburse us for the additional costs??
