6 days without Internet

6 days today without Internet, and worse of all is that i have no idea when will i get help, I've been promised all the good results for the 5 days with no luck, Technician has been coming since forever, I'm still waiting for their call even now. Just stay away from this ISP, no professionalism here at all. My kids haven't been watchin TV since then
