*****!!!!

Most pathetic customer service ever!!! It's a nightmare even trying to get assistance! I've cancelled my services as I was moving home and ordered new services which was paid for. I asked for the debit for the old address to be cancelled and was told it was cancelled multiple times, as I had the same issue previously.

Fast forward, a month later, they are trying to debit my account for the old address 😳 This is considered *****! As it isn't the first time.
