The worst customer service, I want to remove my card from their billing system, in stead of assisting me to remove it they tell me to transfer money to my account, the arrogance from Lerato N. Just made me cancel my policy.

How can you be so quick to bill but so slow to assist. They have a chat only option cause the damn well know they are ******!
