5 weeks waiting for activation!

I ordered fibre on 15/12/2022 and I'm still waiting for it to be activated. All components were already installed and just needed to be activation. WebAfrica has blamed openserve for the delay and Openserve has blamed Webafrica. Neither parties gave me any type of feedback over this 5 week period, the only feedback I received was from support agents when I contacted them.

I would NOT suggest either of these companies.

Update: It's over 6 weeks later, they have told me it's a system issue and can't tell me when they can resolve it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
