5 star service from WebAfrica and Vumatel recently

5 star service from WebAfrica and Vumatel recently. Reported a fibre outage to WebAfrica on WhatsApp. I was helped by a consultant called Cameron who was extremely helpful but unfortunately could not correct the fault from that end. He escalated it to Vumatel who called me within 2 minutes to arrange an engineer to come replace the cable, which was done the following day. Excellent communications and professionalism throughout.
