She remained empathetic regarding my concerns about my new order and payment query. This was my 3rd interaction with your staff for the day and Sadia was definitely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to ensure overall customer satisfaction. She understood what I needed personally to make an informed decision and showed acknowledgment regarding the inconvenience caused. She explained what happened in detail and what is expected of me in a human manner. You should value her as an employee and have others learn from her emotional and psychological intelligence.
