5 days without internet

Today is 5 days of no internet. Customer support is pathetic! All I get is excuses. All they say is that they have logged another ticket but there are no results! Now they blame Telkom. The only thing they can successfully do is collect a debit order. Please pay back my money so I can find an alternative provider!
