5 days with no connection

According to the website the entirety of our neighborhood was offline and they were working on the fault. But when I checked with their consultants, which might i add, is a nightmare, it's a fault with my line, nevertheless the fault was logged.

Here we are 72 hours later and we're still waiting for someone to come out and check what the issue is with the line. I tried to call this morning, of course, no answer, sent a WhatsApp an hour ago. No response.
