40% Price increase in 2 years

My old fibre line was discontinued. Instead of offering me alternatives Webafrica push up my price by R200 and change my speed. Since joining them two years ago my fibre cost has gone up 40%! This is ridiculous and I don't know how they can substantiate the price increase. I would like to move back to the same costing model that I had previously. If that means moving to another line so be it.
