4 week snail like internet

<p>It's has been 4 weeks now and I'm experiencing very slow speeds I should be getting 4 megabits per second but I'm only experiencing about 1.5, Web Africa fails in communicating the issue with me.</p> <p>The only communication I receive is that the issue is escalated and that Web Africa is following up with Telkom what exactly are you following up Web Africa because I do not know what the status even is or what the fault actually is.</p> <p>I guess being a loyal customer for 10 years does not mean anything to you as I really do feel that my issue it's not being attended to.</p> <p>With all the great service in the past I never thought that day will come that I would say I'm disappointed in you as a company</p>
