32 days from Signup to no installed fibre.

Signed up for Fibre with WebAfrica on the 16th of February. By the 18th of March, MetroFibre Installers arrived to do the installation, but say there is no Fibre Infrastructure.

On my side of the street, no Fibre Infrastructure. Opposite side of the street, there is Fibre Infrastructure.

But on Webafrica internet connection website checker, it proudly says that there is Fibre available for me to use.

People I have spoken to, have gotten Live Fibre in 3/4 days.

I only get Dead Fibre, in 32 days.

An immense waste of time, many emails sent back and forth between MetroFibre & WebAfrica.

I have had ADSL through WebAfrica in the past and received good service. But for Fibre, this is sadly disappointing.
