30 day Voucher turned to 27 days!!!!

Webaftica has a bad service as a service provider, I changed from a debit order to a voucher service as I will get billed twice or my services will be cut before the date of debit,it was just a mess.

With the voucher still expirience a poor service, I buy a voucher for 30 days on the 28 expected to be finish on the 27th but not with Webaftica,by the 24th of the month my services will be disconnected,this happened twice today I asked them why my serviced are disconnected they are tell me the voucher it's finished, when I told them it was bought on the 28 n it's suppose to end on the 27th had to even send the proof of payment for them to see their error,they responded will refund you the 3 days of service in 72 hours, what the hell I want my service to be activated as it was meant to be until the 27th,now I have to buy a new voucher to be activated while I have a 3 days that I was suppose to be activated, WHAT A BULL THIS COMPANY IS WHAT A BULL.

I wish we had another service provider that we can use course this is BS.. If it's not lacking buffering it's the billing.
