30 Day FUP Rolling Window ****

Can someone please properly explain your 30 day rolling window FUP policy on your Fibre packages.

Your website and actual policy claims that as a subscriber on an Openserve fibre line, you will be placed on a 30 day rolling window which calculates your usage of the GBs used before the FUP is activated and your speeds are throttled.

I have been on your fibre product for 34 days and yet according to my usage tracker, my FUP is not reset and still counting to the 256GB FUP limit against my account.

Your email support is unable to explain this. When contacting your technical department I was first told that it is late to reset and I should check the next day. When I called next, this was on the 33rd day of my service being active I was again told that it will be looked at.

I have received no feedback.

Can someone please explain your very confusing FUP Policy and explain in detail why after 34 days my FUP '30' day rolling window is still open and accumulating usage and did not reset to 0. What will happen when it reaches the 256GB limit? You will activate your FUP? But what about my 30 day rolling window?

Are you confused yet WA???

If this cannot be resolved then I want this service cancelled immediately as it is against your advertised conditions. I will also not be paying for any fibre installation costs as your website and sales department deliberately mislead me into believing that there is 30 day rolling window which governs the FUP. Since I am already on my 34th Day, this is clearly not the case.
