Hi I'm very frustrated with the lack of communication and also the lengths I need to go to I have signed up 28July 2026 on a 3 months promotion of R479 they telling me the promo ends 1 Oct why ? No one can answer me 3 months promotion is 3 months .
The below is what suppose to be to my knowledge but clearly the billing department can't work things out accurately.
If the 3-month promo starts on 28 July 2026, then: Month 1: 28 July → 27 August Month 2: 28 August → 27 September Month 3: 28 September → 27 October ✅ The 3-month promo ends on 27 October 2026. The new/normal rate would apply from 28 October 2026.
