3 months and still no conclusion with Webafrica

This is my second review on Webafrica about the same situation that I submitted in December. We are STILL trying to get the situation sorted out!! We have since given up on Webafrica and joined MTN lte directly. We were promised the router would be collected on 28 Jan after multiple requests to collect it and refund our istallation fee. It was not collected. Now following up we are told they cant submit another collection as it was booked for the 28th Jan!! Requested to talk to a Senior but was told that is not possible. This has been 3 months now and still no solution!!!!
