25days and still no installation

I signed up with Webafrica at end October, clearly indicated that there is no ONT box in the property and new installation needs to be done. Very quick to take debit order for signing up, now I am battling to get the installation done. 25 days later and they just keep saying the same thing. Vuma will contact me for installation. Should I rather cancel now before its to late
