25% Billing increase

Once again I am absolutely astonished at the unbelievable gaul of yet another big service provider. Our monthly billing has increased by 25% from September to October. Wow! No notification received of the increase and while I do understand that most contracts have some built in condition for increasing your fees surely there is some regulatory authority that caps the increase. Try phoning and I am told that the best they can offer me is a price match, really....

Another one for the history books.

Installation was great, no hassel. No issues with the actual product but how we are used when it comes to paying for services. It is not right.
