2 year renewal charged for instead of 1 year

My domain has been renewed for 2 years instead of 1 year, the invoice received stated 1 year which was R99 rand then I get charged on my credit R198 for 2 years, I have logged a ticket *** on the 11-12-2015 09:50 AM and still have not received any response from them<br> <br> Their service is absolutely terrible, please stay away from them and also I am moving away from them<br> <br>
