2 increases for 2025! And we only in Feb

Just received another mail from you stating that the rate will increase. This is the second time it will increase this year and we only in Feb 2025.

I'm moving to another ISP. R600 for 50/25 a month. sure its not 50/50 but latest I'm saving R180-00 a month.

Please cancel my line with you guys.

I would like to give my month's notice or can I just cancel it right now?
