18 Months of Billing Issues, Refund Delays and Poor Communication
I have been struggling with Webafrica since October 2024 regarding billing errors, duplicate deductions, unresolved refunds, and a month-long service outage. Despite numerous tickets, chats, emails, and repeatedly providing documentation, I was constantly asked for the same information and received little follow-up from Finance.
After finally receiving confirmation of a refund approval, further delays and additional document requests followed. The amount involved is not the issue—the lack of communication, accountability, and customer service is.
Very disappointed with the time and effort required to resolve what should have been a straightforward matter.

We hear your frustration clearly, especially given how long this has been ongoing since October 2024 and the repeated effort you’ve had to put in to provide the same information without seeing meaningful progress. Issues involving duplicate deductions, refunds, and extended service interruptions should never feel this drawn out or unclear, and we understand why you’re disappointed with the communication and follow-through.

We can confirm that this matter has now been escalated to our Billing Team for further investigation. They will be reviewing the full history of your case, including prior tickets, refund confirmation, and all supporting documentation already submitted, so that we can move away from repeated requests and focus on resolution.
At this stage, the priority is to ensure a proper reconciliation of your billing, confirm the status of the approved refund, and close out any outstanding discrepancies without further unnecessary back-and-forth.
We understand your concern is not only about the amounts involved, but about the experience — and that has been clearly noted as part of this escalation.
We’ll ensure the billing team takes ownership of the full investigation and works toward a clear outcome.
Warm regards,
