14 DAYS AND STILL NOT CONNECTED TO WIFI!

We have been trying to get our line reconnected at our new house for 14 days now! And Webafrica seems to be in no rush to offer a service of value and expediency! They rely on Bots to provide customer service who never connects you to an actual person within a reasonable timeframe who is able to assist, phoning doesn't work as no one answers the call, on FB messenger a nameless person continues to escalate your request to yet another department every day without real progress. Webafrica has been promising for a full week that they have lodged an order (with follow-up requests) with Vumatel but after finally getting hold of someone at Vumatel no such request/order has even been made. I am so frustrated by the inadequacy and passivity with which we have been treated as an existing customer with WebAfrica.
