10/10 for ZERO customer support!!!

You cannot really complain about their customer service, because there is NONE!!!The only way to reach out to these people is via Whatsapp, and even then you only get a Bot and NOBODY in person to attend to your query because nobody gets back to you!!!

Please, either get more staff to service your customers or get better quality 3rd party service providers because this has ALWAYS been your service delivery levels and it has NEVER improved!!!
