1000 rand for a what is advertised as a 200mbps line

Ive been having issues with webafricas network i am on a 200mbps line and the assumption would be that if I am downloading a file that is 200mb that it will be downloaded in a jiffy. Tell me why when I download a file that is 2mb I am so.etimes experiencing speeds of kbps?

And now there's another tarrif hike in January and I must be happy with coughing up more for such **** speeds.

Speed tests are not a true reflection of wifi speeds after all it's communicating with the nearest server and actually downloading or uploading a thing soon as I start streaming on a laptop or a phone my network is buffering.

The service desk is useless they don't know what's going on the just want to change **** on your router that they themselves don't know what it does.
