100% would not recommend!!!

After 1 year using these guys. I decided to cancel my services due to moving and I returned their router to avoid paying their R999 fee. To my surprise, they debit my account for R999 and even after giving the reference number that I had to beg for at the counter when returning the router, they tell me they cannot accept the reference number but need a waybill number that I was not provided. After speaking to Lerato M who is rude, she tells me to go back and demand a waybill number at my own cost again.
