I had good experience with one of their consultants however, I don't know how they thought that having a Whatsapp line for assistance is effecient? It takes forever to connect to an agent, once connected the agent takes forever to respond, thereafter setting a date for installation, the installation crew were almost 2 hours late without communication and still no connection. At this point I regret ordering with them since they are the only fibre available in my area. BE MORE EFFECIENT!
