0.5mbps LTE speed, complained for the last 5 weeks!
I have complained so many times and the speed just remains at 0.5mbps.
3 Months ago when I got the LTE rooter, my speeds were NEVER below 20mbps, now I don't get speed over 1mbps. I am truly unhappy about this product.
All the complaining week in week out is just draining and going nowhere.
The best way to solve the problem is just to cancel the service permanently because they refuse to find a permanent solution and I juts have to keep paying for this horrible speeds and we cannot even watch netflix, nothing! It's worthless!
