I can not even give then 1 star! It is extremely extremely extremely frustrating that you have to sit and type on Whatsapp to speak to one of their consultants!!!!!!! I am in the process of relocating and trying to figure out what the hell is going on with my fiber when I relocate because I still have a rooter from them and only need to switch service providers. Also the claw back fee is extremely extremely ridiculous !!!! Read the terms and conditions carefully!!!!! Pathetic!!!!!
