Disgusted by the lack of service! I haven't recieved my invoice for two consecutive months. After trying to make contact for an hour, I eventually gave up. When you call the call center, you are constantly advised to use the "great" watsapp chat option. I waited 30 minutes on the line to speak to an agent. I eventually gave up and send the watsapp number a message. 40 mins went by and still no response from the live agent. To date I have not recieved any feedback. A simple request like a invoice. I would hate to imagine what would happen if I had serious issues. I cant believe that in 2020 I cannot get an invoice from their website. Please save yourselves the time and the agony and dont contact them. It's time you will never get back.
