Zumatel - as pathetic as they come
This is how far we sunk. You guys cannot even install a Fibre Router. A s**** I can acquire in 15min, 15 minutes!
Its now 5 weeks since you have taken my money. All you have to do is configure the router. 32 Phonecalls, 6 reference numbers. 5 escalations. 6 We call you backs.
You are worse than our esteemed leader...and THAT is a new record
