Zero star rating for Vumatel

Vumatel behaves like a small business owner who just came into loads of money and doesn't care about its clients. My internet is down and Vumatel has to reactivate my line with new ISP. After multiple attempts to resolve this, the only thing they can say is we are waiting for feedback. Feedback from who!? Mxm
