ZERO SERVICE, NO CONTACTBALE NUMBER - HOW DO YOU RUN YOUR BUSINESS? HOW DO I SOLVE MY PROBLEM!!?

I have been without internet for 7 days, simply because Vumatel is doing everything in their power to try and avoid accepting blame. At first, I SERIOUSLY complained to my ISP about this issue(believing the fault lay with them) BUT after working together with my ISP to solve it, we discovered the issue was at the exchange and could only be corrected by a Vumatel technician. After running every possible diagnostic test - troubleshooting my ISP can possibly do to get Vumatel onsite, they have not made any efforts to better the situation. Now it is Friday and I believe Vumatel doesn't operate over the weekend. So basically I am ****ed for internet, stuck waiting for a company that doesn't have a contact number.
