Zero Service and they don't care

The service is not only Zero but is topped with ***. i have paid WebAfica and Vumatel have to come to my place to install, instead they lie to WebAfrica whom are also in the ***a they do. i have asked for refund and no response. i ****ing regret all this ****, I wish i knew i would have not bordered
