ZERO RESPONSE FROM VUMATEL

My neighbor is already on vuma and afrihost and is enjoying fibre internet. My connection is on the same point but it shows on the net as "expression of interest"

I tried to contact them but there is ZERO RESPONSE from VUMA, or my isp which is HOME-CONNECT.

It doesn't look like a company that can handle a sales call or activate a line in an active area.

hi, yes I was in a meeting at the time of the call. On my profile, were listed as discovery which does not have fibre and I'm in horison which has fibre.
