Zero for customer service

If i could give a zero rating i would. Nobody answers the phone when trying to speak to a technical person. And if you eventually come through, they just keeps on escalation the matter to a manager, with no success.

We were instructed that our line was activated, and we've been waiting for a whole week and the activation still isn't complete.

I will never recommend them to anybody.
