Zero customer service

Where are we supposed to contact vumatel. Sick of their replies on Twitter and beating around the bush with there absolutely irrelevant replies! I want to verbally speak to someone but that seems impossible! No customer service whatsoever! Highly regretting using them. Countless people have unanswered questions ! Get a customer service line !
